Navigating The Unknown

Life has become a series of abrupt moments, these moments are harsh and uncaring, they are said to be for the collective, for our protection, but to me feels very dis-jointed.

This disconnection is creating a rift, an imbalance between loved one's and friends, while others are wearing a mask and pretending to be supportive online, but in reality are tearing down others behind the scenes.

But not all is lost!

I feel we need to remember and be thankful for what we do have, that the sun will always rise and shine its light into the shadows, that change is happening, nothing stays the same, as is the ebb and flow of life.

We are being shown to live in the moment and to make this moment COUNT to mean something, anything, to BE PRESENT

I implore you to reach out and share your love, your friendship, your time and be the gift, the shoulder to cry on, or the ear to listen. To step outside and to look at all the beauty, above and below you. To breathe in the cool, fresh air and feel the grass and dirt between your toes and say THANK YOU

“You simply will not be the same person two months from now after consciously giving thanks each day for the abundance that exists in your life. And you will have set in motion an ancient spiritual law: the more you have and are grateful for, the more will be given you.” — Sarah Ban Breathnach

In love and Gratitude
