Hi I'm Ness,

 

I found Yoga later in life, after the birth of my third child. I was suffering from post-natal depression and was willing to give anything a try, even Yoga! I left the very first class feeling lighter, in both body and mind. I could breathe.

 

Yoga has helped me through the ebbs and flows of life, juggling a family and work commitments, while still making time for self. It has provided me with the tools to manage my many emotions.

As a teacher I try my best to connect with each and everyone of my students, so that they feel seen and heard. I aim to be inclusive of all abilities, but also encourage self exploration and moving beyond our self limiting beliefs.

We all have full days and often busy lives and I feel it's essential to carve out time to allow you to process your thoughts and emotions in a healthy way.

Those that attend my classes say they feel supported and leave feeling calm and grounded. I aim to provide ways in which they can incorporate yoga into their everyday existence.

Ness

Ness, is a Yoga teacher who teaches from her own life experiences and empowers her students to challenge self limiting beliefs and step into their own power. 

Ness finds inspiration through 

continuing her studies and has completed training in Purna, Yin, Pre/Post Natal and Restorative Yoga.

Franki Jay

Franki Jay is a Yoga teacher, women's empowerment and embodiment coach, musician, massage therapist and Reiki practitioner. 

Her passion is to inspire and empower women to show up in their allness and be unapologetically themselves. 

Through workshops, retreats, online programs as well as working 1:1 with women all over the world

Purna

Purna Yoga creates both strength and flexibility and an overall sense of wellness. You will leave feeling relaxed and energised.

Yin

Increase mobility, release tension and re-balance your nervous system. 

A great compliment to your more active practice.

Restore

Restorative yoga is a passive style of yoga and offers an invitation into complete and delicious surrender. 

Bhakti

The sequences are dynamic & intuitive. Combining strong and restful poses with breath. 

 

Which means you can take your time, work to your level, use props and receive guidance.
