A bit about Ness

I found Yoga later in life, after the birth of my third child. I was suffering from post-natal depression and was willing to give anything a try, even Yoga! I left the very first class feeling lighter, in both body and mind. I could breathe. 

 

Yoga has helped me through the ebbs and flows of life, juggling a family and work commitments, while still making time for self. It has provided me with the tools to manage my many emotions.

As a teacher I try my best to connect with each and everyone of my students, so that they feel seen and heard. I aim to be inclusive of all abilities, but also encourage self exploration and moving beyond our self limiting beliefs.

We all have full days and often busy lives and I feel it's essential to carve out time to allow you to process your thoughts and emotions in a healthy way.

Those that attend my classes say they feel supported and leave feeling calm and grounded. I aim to provide ways in which they can incorporate yoga into their everyday existence.

Functionality You Will Love

Yin

Yin Yoga increases mobility, releases tension/inflammation and re-balances your nervous system.

Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow offers simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well

as slower paced movements. Each class

finishes with guided meditation [ yoga nidra ]

Restorative

Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. It incorporates supportive props and long-held poses to help release tension, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

Purna

Purna Yoga creates both strength and flexibility and an overall sense of wellness.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa consists of a blend of flowing sequences interwoven with pranayama, philosophy, restorative poses and meditation practices.

Private Yoga

Private classes are ideal if you’re new to yoga, or looking to advance your practice.  You have the space to receive complete focus and attention. Private classes allow students to have their personalised needs met most effectively and enjoyably
