Living In Negativity ~ By Franki

If you've been feeling broken and ignoring it. Living in negativity, in a body that doesn't feel good, with a mind that is nasty and a cycle of self-sabotage.. it's going to be amplified right now. What's happening externally in the world is forcing your attention inward to what has been going on INTERNALLY for a LONG time.

Because there's no where to hide anymore.

This is just the icing on the cake, the straw that's breaking the camel's back.

You can't go and party to forget. You can't get your hair and nails done to temporarily feel pretty. You can't get your skin tended too to cover your 'imperfect' wrinkles and pimples. Your eyebrows and legs are hairier then you feel comfortable with.

If your relationship has been struggling, or struggling with your body image NONE OF THIS IS NEW.

The good news is this is an invitation to work on those things. Wouldn’t you love to be able to feel sexy and confident regardless of your appearance? So you don't have to spend as much time and money trying to sustain an unachievable image..

Wouldn’t it be great to be in a passionate, intimate relationship, where you both communicate well and feel unstoppable together?

Imagine being able to sit comfortably in your own company, without a negative, racing mind or the need for distractions and background noise.

It's been shown that you create more of what you focus on and to increase your likelihood of creating change, it's a good idea to write things down, speak them out loud and focus on believing it's possible. This will create a positive, excited and expansive feeling in your body which will create and amplify a positive magnetic pull.

Take this time and opportunity to invest into yourself.

To do this you could;

Get a journal, laptop Or phone and start processing what's coming up for you. Write out how you'd like to feel about yourself and in your relationships. What you'd like to create more of in your life. Write down 3 things you can do to get you closer to creating those things.

Create a mantra. This especially can help on the hard days.

Like - 'I accept myself as I am, even with all of my limitations.' 'I only accept people into my life who value me and respect my boundaries from the start' 'I am beautiful in so many ways, my appearance does not define me.'

(And remember if you want to have to stop settling, create rock solid confidence and have the tools to overcome any challenge, send me a message. )
