Breakfast Smoothie

1 Banana

1/2 Mango

Handful of oats

Maple syrup

Greek yoghurt

Milk of choice

Zucchini Slice 

3 Zucchini's grated 

1 chopped Onion

5 Eggs

3 rashers of Bacon chopped

I cup of SR Flour 

1 cup of grated Cheese

1/2 cup of Oil

Mix all together and pour into a baking dish lined with baking paper. Place in oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees
