Hi, I'm Ness

I found Yoga later in life, after the birth of my third child. I was suffering from post-natal depression and was willing to give anything a try, even Yoga! I left the very first class feeling lighter, in both body and mind. I could breathe. Yoga has helped me through the ebbs and flows of life, juggling a family and work commitments, while still making time for self. It has provided me with the tools to manage my many emotions.

As a teacher I try my best to connect with each and everyone of my students, so that they feel seen and heard. I aim to be inclusive of all abilities, but also encourage self exploration and moving beyond our self limiting beliefs.

Those that attend my classes say they feel supported and leave feeling calm and grounded. I aim to provide ways in which they can incorporate yoga into their everyday existence.

I completed a YTT 200 hour with the Byron Bay Yoga Centre in 2014, Pre-Post Natal with Bliss baby Yoga in 2016, a 16 hour Chakra Vinyasa in 2017, Yin Foundations in 2017, The Art of Hands On Assist in 2017, Aligning The 5 Bodies YTT 50 hour with Irene Ais 2019, Teacher Tune Up with Julie Smerdon 2019, Yin YTT 50 hours in 2020.
